Q: WHO IS SATeleLINK?
A: SATeleLINK is
a highly focused soft skills training business intent upon improving
customer service skills of all types in all shapes and sizes of
businesses. We have an enviable list of customers from most types
of businesses, government departments and Parastatals. Click

Q: WHAT
DO WE DO?
A: Our scope of
highly interactive and practical training programmes cover most
areas of training needs from basic customer service through to
the more specific subjects of strategic planning, project planning,
HR for Non-HR managers and Finance for Non-finance managers. Please

Q: WHERE
ARE WE?
A: Our public courses
are generally scheduled to take place at the Hacklebrooke Estate
training facility in Craighall, Johannesburg. Please click here

. Additonally we present our courses in-house at your premises
anywhere in Southern Africa for groups of 10 delegates or more.

Q: WHEN
ARE COURSES RUN?
A: Courses are presented
at regular intervals or on demand. To see our schedule of course

Q: WHAT
SHOULD YOU BRING?
A: We provide workbooks
for use during courses and to be retained by delegates for post-course
reference, pens and notepaper are also provided where necessary.
Early morning tea and coffee, a substantial lunch with fruit juice
and afternoon tea and coffee are also provided and included in
our fees.

Q: ARE
CERTIFICATES ISSUED FOR COURSES?
A: Certificates
are issued to all delegates who attend the full duration of any
of our courses. A Certificate of Completion is issued where a
delegate writes and passes a written test at the end of the course,
or a Certificate of Attendance is issued where a delegate attends
the full duration of a course, but no test is written.

Q: WHAT
ACCREDITATION DOES SATeleLINK POSSESS?
A: SATeleLINK has
institutional accreditation as a training service provider, and
it's programmes are recorded with the Services SETA under decision
number 0678.
